"Resources are hired to give results, not reasons"

SRIJAN- The HR Club of IMS Ghaziabad (University courses Campus) organised "HR ROLE PLAY" on various themes-
1. Absenteeism in organisation.
2. Different Leadership style.
3. Organisational Biasness.
4. Organisational conflicts.
5. Different culture in organisation.
6. Work in teams.

Many teams participated in the competition out of which three teams were selected as winners. It was a great event with lot of learning of organisational skills. Students participated with zeal and enthusiasm and winning team were awarded.
