EVERY INTERACTION IS AN OPORTUNITY TO LEARN

Interaction with seniors plays a very significant role in establishing cordial relationship with them and helps the juniors learn about the things experienced by their elder ones. Juniors and their seniors often share a unique bond during the college days. Seniors often play the multi-faceted role of a friend and a guide. To cultivate  senior –junior bond among new entrants BCA department organized “MILAN-A Senior Junior Interaction Session on 21^st Oct 2016. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director, IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus and Ms. Charu Sharma HOD-BCA.

BCA II yr students enthusiastically organized a wonderful program for their juniors. Ms. Tarushi Jindal from BCA II Yr presented a brief report on various activities being performed throughout the year by BCA Department and the audience were shown glimpses of BCA @ IMS and Life @ IMS through a short presentation.

Ms. Kavya Agarwal, Mr. Akshat Sharma & Ms Rashi Verma from BCA II Year shared their experiences at IMS with their juniors.

Ms. Pallavi Garg from BCA I Year shared her thoughts about how she feels to be a part of IMS family and her experience till date.

 A lot of fun games were conducted so as to enhance the interaction between seniors and juniors. BCA I year students show cased their talents through various activities like Dancing, Singing and Enacting in Role plays.

 Together we can Grow, Care, Achieve, Prosper and Succeed with these beautiful lines the students were introduced with BUDDY MENTOR System wherein each BCA I year student was allotted a senior student as a Mentor to guide, motivate and emotionally support his/her buddy. Event was well organized by  BCA II year students under the guidance of faculty coordinators Ms. Bindu Trikha and Mr. Abhishek Mishra.
