HR Club ? The SRIJAN Society organized a ROLE PLAY on 24 October, 2017 for Gender Sensitization activity with the theme of BE BOLD FOR CHANGE at Institute of Management Studies, University Courses Campus. To acknowledge the delicate roles which the workforce of any organization play for them the role play activity was planned. The activity invited the participation of students in the group of 5 students. With such a huge response the club got nominations of more than 60 students. They enacted some different situations where they portrayed about what changes they would like to bring in their respected organisations. As employees are known as the most important and unique asset for the company. Students underlined the situations like harassment cases, team spirit, mentor ?mentee relations. The winners out of 11 teams were I Position ? Riya Sehgal & Team (BBA IIIrd Year, Batch:2015-18) II Position ? Arpit & Team (BBA IInd Year, Batch:2016-19) III Position ? Anshika & Team (BBA Ist Year, Batch:2017-20) As for the valedictory session the club head Dr. Shilpi Sarna awarded the winners with trophies and medals along with other faculty members and proposed a vote of thanks to the participants, attendees & to the anchors of the event- Ms. Varnita Goyal & Mr. Rinkal.
