RESOURCE PERSON: Prof. Kapil Mohan Garg

The workshop started at 9:30 in the morning. Students were divided into four groups:
1) Business boomers
2) Inspiring innovators
3) Canny creators
4) Magnetic maestros

Each group consisted of 12 members each.

Then six committees were formed and the head of each committee was appointed from each group. The committees were as follows:

1) Sports committee
2) Cultural activity committee
3) Academic activities committee
4) International relation committee
5) Marketing and branding committee
6) Alumni committee

It was told that each house has to arrange three events related to each committee. Secondly, each group has to perform four CSR activities in a year. Then students were shown two videos, one was about bonding i.e. "bonding buffet" and second "there is more than one type of intelligence".

Afterwards some games were played:
The card game (2 members each)
The IQ test game (2 members each)
Sudoku with a trick (2 members each)
The crossword (4 members each, 2 will form questions 2 will solve)
The teams participated very enthusiastically, and tried to complete all the games on time.

The winner house was BUSINESS BOOMERS with 61 points. Second position went to MAGNETIC MAESTOES with 52 points, third was CANNY CREATORS with 40 points and the last house was INSPIRING INNOVATORS with 6 points.
Each group enjoyed a lot there was a lot of unity seen in the houses. Teams worked under pressure to win. Students enjoyed the actives and the session a lot and learned from our their mistakes. I would like to thank Prof. Kapil Mohan Garg on behalf of whole MIB batch (2018-2020) to organize such an amazing workshop with us.
