IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized a visit to Future Group head office located in, Gurugram on 31st October, 2018 (Wednesday) for the students who have been selected for the certification program of "AaSHA" in association with future group (Brand Factory). The visit to the head office was initiated by a brief presentation about the certification program by Mr. Manoj Pant (HR Manager at brand factory for Northern Regions). He addressed various topics entailing:


The focus and core concept of the program
The need and relevance of the program
Date of joining at the assigned stores
The various tasks to be performed and the challenges that can come across while doing this program
The process of getting certification for the stated program
The criteria to clear the first level of the program and become eligible for the next level
The total course duration including duration of each level
The dress code & other code of conduct to be followed at the assigned Brand Factory stores
Shift timings for both girls and boys which is divided into two shifts (First Shift - 10 am to 6 pm and Second shift - 1 PM to 9 PM)

He also told about the various offers that are offered in the brand factory to their customers. He discussed in depth the grand promo week (free shopping week) of Brand Factory where the customers are charged fee to enter the store. He also motivated the students and shared his experience of the industry. This interaction filled the students with positivity and passion to showcase their best during the program.
