IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized career counselling session on 13 November 2018, for students of grade XII by renowned Psychologist, Alchemist and Hypnotherapist- Dr. Aruna Broota. The session accentuated on stress management techniques and career decisions as today's youth is having a baffled state of mind due to tidal rise in career options these days. Dr. Aruna Broota touched on several key topics including stress and time management techniques, biological clock, diet considerations, sleeping patterns and effective learning skills. The session provided a platform to the students to know the ways of enhancing concentration and achieving the pre-defined goals. She explained the relevance of having the right attitude in life and its positive impact.

Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director- IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus in her welcome address mentioned the need of taking thoughtful decisions in context to career objectives and self-discovery. She also emphasized on having a life of purpose and giving back to the society for community development. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna, Chairperson CDC - IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus took an interactive session on 'Career Decisions' where she explained various psychometric tools and career myths. Ms. Anuradha Bhardwaj conducted the programme efficiently as the master of ceremony.

More than 400 students from various prestigious schools participated and appreciated the valuable insights. All the students thoroughly enjoyed the session and requested the college to continue with this initiative in years to come.
