Ms. Sushma Jha is a dedicated educator with a solid academic background in English, having graduated from Delhi University and earned an M.A. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She has qualified twice for UGC NET (English) and has also cleared GATE 2023 (English) with an All India Rank of 71. With experience across multiple organizations as a soft skills and English trainer, she specializes in personality development areas such as interview coaching, group discussions, communication skills, and public speaking. Her teaching approach emphasizes learner engagement, confidence-building, and industry readiness among students from diverse academic backgrounds. Actively engaged in research and faculty development programmes, she is currently pursuing a PhD in English.
