Ms. Priyanka Sadhna is having a rich experience of more than twelve years in academia. She is currently pursuing research in the areas of human resource management and is associated with IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus, as the Chairperson of Career Development Centre. She conducts training programs, lecture series, workshops, personality assessments, career counselling and career enrichment talk sessions for the working professionals and students pursuing graduation and higher education. She is also a certified trainer with global certifications, who aims to guide the students to realize their full potential by analysis of personality types, interest areas, technical and behavioural competencies. Her recent research papers are published in renowned international publications -Wiley and Inderscience. She is a Gold Medalist in MBA and a graduate from Delhi University. She is the Editor of Bi Annual News Magazine - Pulse, a blogger- and is also a columnist in IMS Today for 'Career Canvas'. Her flair for teaching and holistic development has helped and motivated many to understand the need of discovering 'self' who are able to map and adapt to the changes, in order to manage the squeeze on professional and personal front.
