The Management Development Program (MDP) was conducted on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act – 2013, at IMS Ghaziabad, (University Courses Campus) in collaboration with the Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA). It was a pivotal initiative aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of workplace safety and legal compliance.

The event commenced with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the enlightenment of knowledge and wisdom. Distinguished dignitaries, including a senior representative from the Ghaziabad Management Association, were felicitated.

Dr. T R Pandey, Senior Vice President of the Ghaziabad Management Association, delivered a warm welcome address, emphasizing the significance of addressing workplace harassment issues, how to make the workplace safe to work and setting the tone for the program.

The expert address and Interaction session featured insights from notable speakers, including Dr. Surabhi Johari Dr. Isha Bhardwaj, and Dr. Deepali Monga. Their expertise provided a comprehensive understanding of the POSH Act – 2013, leading to fruitful discussions during the interactive segment. Session experts were duly recognized and felicitated for their valuable contributions.

Shri Rahul ji, Managing Director, (Ghaziabad Management Association) addresses about the GMA. General Secretary, CA (Dr) Rakesh Chharia, Director, Dr Arun Kumar Singh, Dr Pooja Rastogi, Dr Gagan Varshney, Mr Gaurav Kaushik attended the MDP.

Prof. Mayank Pandey, Chief Coordinator of the MDP Cell at IMS Ghaziabad, extended a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all participants, experts, and organizers for their collaborative efforts in making the program a success.

The program concluded with a high tea session, fostering networking opportunities and informal conversations. The MDP on the POSH Act – 2013 proved to be a successful endeavor, creating a platform for knowledge exchange and promoting a safer and more compliant work environment. The initiative not only provided insights into legal aspects but also fostered a sense of community and shared responsibility in addressing workplace harassment issues.
