'Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing'
With that note, the Bionics Club, School of Biosciences assiduously organized the event 'UNCODE THE FUNMODE' having the sole purpose of knowledge with fun and creativity towards science.
The event was organized in the college premises in MDP room on 6thNovember 2019. The event consisted of three rounds :-
Who Am I ? - This tested students knowledge about brands. Two collages of random brand logos were displayed for thirty second each and in one minute they had to write as many as brand names they could recognize.
Create the Avatar- This round was all about creativity. Random words were displayed and each team had to make a cartoon avatar from the words displayed within twenty minutes.
Musical Trivia- This round was about connecting science with bollywood. Different Bollywood tracks were played and students had to give a scientific term related to that track after pressing the buzzer. This round had negative marking.
A fun round with audience was also a highlight, audience too were a great sport. Active participation was seen among students of different courses which made the event successful and interactive.
The activity was judged by Dr. Anamika Mehta and Ms. Sapna Kumar. Dr. Abha Vashistha(Chairperson, School of Biosciences) and faculties grace the event with their presence. At the end the event concluded successfully and the winners were felicitated with trophies and certificates by the judges themselves.
