Scholarship and Awards

All Scholarships under Category -1 shall be applicable for adjustment in the Academic Fees of Final year only.

Category 1
Academic
Course Minimum Pass Percentage In Class Fee Concession of Rs.
BBA/ BCA/ BAJMC 90% or Above 10th & 12th both from any Recognized Board 50,000/- *
All UG Programs 80% or Above 12th 25,000/-
All UG Programs 70% or Above 12th 15,000/-
MIB 70% or Above Qualifying Course/ UG 20,000/-
MIB 80% or Above Qualifying Course/ UG 30,000/-
M.Sc. BT 70% or Above Qualifying Course/ UG 10,000/-

*It shall only be given to the top 20 students of BBA and BCA each, and 5 student of BAJMC on the Director's recommendation and merit basis.

Note: Hindi/ Eng/ Sub of Commerce/Science and Humanities will only be counted in the % age.

Loyalty Award

If a student is an Alumni of either IMSUC/IMS Engineering College, he/she is eligible for following benefits:

Sibling
  • If a student is a sibling of a current student or alumni of IMS Ghaziabad (In any of the 3 campuses) : Fee concession of Rs.15,000/-.
  • In Case, two real siblings (brother/sister) are taking admission in the same academic session, then one of them will be eligible for the sibling award.
Ward of Defense Personnel/Para Military Forces
  • If a student, whose either parent is working or has worked in Defense: Fee concession of Rs.15, 000/-.
  • Identity Card duly attested by senior of?cer to be submitted along with the Merituous Awards form.
Ward of Widowed
  • If a student is a Ward of Widowed: Fee concession of Rs.15000/-. Eligibility Criteria:- Students should present original documental proof i.e., Death certi?cate of parent before admission committee at the time of claiming at said award.
Sports
  • Student who has won prizes/ranks/medals or has represented in State, National or International level or represented Games and Sports (athletics, etc.): Fee concession of Rs. 15, 000/-.
Scholarship - Government Aid
  • Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/GEN & Weaker section of the society can be availed as per Government rules and regulations through District Social Welfare Department.
  • If the candidate is eligible for more than one scholarship, then only one scholarship of his/her choice is provided.
  • The institution will give the awards and scholarships after full satisfaction and proper document veri?cation.
Category 2

Scholarship under the Category -2 shall be applicable for adjustment in the Academic Fees of 1 year only and the student can avail this scholarship over and above the other scholarship.

EWS
  • Students who have the certificate of EWS by State Govt. of UP: Fee Concession of 10,000/- (Total 50 Students consisting all Programmes) only on first come first serve basis. Students have to submit the certificate at the time of admission.
