IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) under the initiative of virtual classrooms came up with the Mentoring Together Program where in the HR Specialisation students of BBA 2 Year (2018-21)Batch took the online session of BBA I year students on April 9,2020 from 10:00 am onwards on the topic "Work from Home:Employees Productivity Pitfalls during COVID-19".The undergraduate HR specialisation students are divided in to groups and each group have dedicated Team Leaders who have designed the online training module under the guidance of HR faculty members.The second year students also engage the first year students in various fun learning activities.The objective of this session is to provide an opportunity toseniors and juniors where they can interact together, share their experiences ,knowledge and develop themselves during their quarantine times.The session ended with great zeal and enthusiasm amongst the students and on a gratitude note by Dr.Geeti Sharma,Chairperson BBA & Dr. Shilpi Sarna Head HR Specialisation to HR Team for organising and engaging students during this COVID -19 times.
It was a great learning experience for students on how to impart quality training through virtual mode. It also boost the confidence and morale of the students that helps them in their further presentations and trainings.
