Dr. Deepa Goel is a scientist by education and a trainer by passion, with over 16 years of academic experience in higher education and professional skill development. A Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering, her academic and research journey includes work at premier institutions such as IARI, CCMB, TERI, and BCIL. A strong scientific foundation has enabled a structured, evidence-based approach to training and counselling. Her transition into human values, communication, and employability skills followed a residential program at IIT Kanpur. Certified internationally in Emotional Intelligence, psychometric assessment, personal profiling, and competency mapping, she actively works on helping students identify their latent talents, strengths, and developmental gaps.
