Dr.Neetika is Associate Professor in the area of Marketing Management and Entrepreneurship at IMS,University Courses Campus, Ghaziabad. She is a focused faculty who looks forward for exchange of ideas for maintaining pace with the competitive world. She facilitates students in understanding the concepts of Marketing and develops a spirit of Entrepreneurship in future generations.She has more than sixteen years of teaching and research experience. She has been actively involved in organizing conferences and events. She very well connects with the students and maps their strengths with opportunities of business world. Her contributions and performance in teaching, conducting FDPs and conferences have been highly appreciated. She took keen interest in improving the academic environment and bringing the reform in the process of study which is essential for the standard and excellence of business education.
