IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organised UPKARMA- E-Orientation Program for MIB I Year students (2020-22)Batch on August18,2020.To skilled the students a workshop on Race to Re-Skill is planned.The objective of this session is to make the students well versed with the need of skill development in today's scenario.The workshop was initiated with a welcome address by Prof.Komal Kapoor, where she highlighted on the importance of Skilling, Re-skilling and UP-Skilling to students.The Speakers of the session Dr.Shilpi Sarna and Prof.Yagbala Kapil focusses on the Communication skills, Leadership Skills and Time management skills and their relevance in holistic development of students. Nowadays with the mission of MAKE FOR WORLD, the organisations is focussing upon on how to stand out from competitors and prove to be the best among the crowd.These are the skills which develops an individual to be proficient within one’s profession.The students took active participation in all the activities organised and raised various queries on the related topics.
