Session - 1
Topic - “Introduction of various Departments at IMS”
In this session Prof. Abhinav Kataria, Faculty IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus introduced various departments of institution. The Session started with the introduction of various department heads. All department heads have given brief introduction of their department and areas of expertise Thereafter following departments were introduced by concern person.

Session - 2
Topic - “Industry Guest Speaker”
The session was conducted by Mr. Rohan Indulkar, VP-Digital Agency and Broker Management - Religare Health Insurance-Delhi, India. He is seasoned professional in the insurance sector for last 12 years and has reached pinnacle of his career with his result driven approach. In very simple terms, he discussed the importance of developing relationships, giving respect to all, building upon ethics, reading and learning always, to be the basic mantra of life. He emphasized the importance of developing vision for life and be passionate about it. He also emphasized on the importance of reading good books that provide deep understanding of life and also inspire people.

Session – 3
Topic - “Introduction to Data Science and latest Information Technology Trends”
The fourth day of online MIB Orientation Program 2020- ‘Upakrama’ at IMS Ghaziabad-University Courses Campus, focused to Data Science and Latest Information Technology Trends. The session was based on the importance of data sciences from future aspect and from career point of view. All the participants developed a great deal of interest, while discovering their traits, interests. Prof. Gaurav Kaushik, Department of IT assisted the students to develop broader understanding on the concept of Data Science and data analysis. Students shows their great interest towards data sciences and tools used for data analysis, they asked many queries from Mr. Kaushik and felt very motivated towards the data science as a career option.

Session - 4
Topic- “Session on Business Strategy-Video Case”
Business strategy session for I year MIB students was conducted by Prof. Abhishek Jain on 20th August 2020.The session was very informative as it covered all the insights of business strategy such as strategy, types of business strategy, importance of business strategy and ideals of business strategy. The speaker discussed the business strategy as the art, science and craft of decision making. To make the concept more practical and realistic the speaker discussed the business strategy with the help of videos. He discussed the success story of Ola and OYO and also enlightened how these startups become successful with having a unique business strategy. Students were very energetic and enthusiastic throughout the session. The session was very fruitful and constructive.
