‘Kahanikaar – Be the storyteller’

It’s not magic that takes us to another world, its storytelling. Hence, to come across and meet that side of ours. The Journalism and Mass Communication Club of IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus organized an event ‘Kahanikaar – Be the storyteller’ on 12th October 2020 through an online platform.
The event commenced with greetings and introduction of event by the anchor Ms. Aktankshika Sharma (student of 2nd year). Later the baton of anchoring was handed over to Ms. Gargi Santosh (student of 2nd year) who invited the participants to showcase their stories based on pictures/ quotes shown to them. The stories originated from the storytellers in an interval of 15 seconds was a cascade of creativity. The whole competition was imparted an outlook about aspirants creative thinking, observation skills and imagination. Number of students participated from all the departments and they were judged by Asst. Professor Surya Saxena and Asst. Professor Anurag Singh on their observation, confidence and content.
The event was summed up by the words of wisdom and vote of thanks by one of the judges Asst. Professor Anurag Singh and Club Head Asst. Professor Khursheed Alam.
Overall it was a great uplifting and enlightening experience for every storyteller and spectator.
