As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words; but to live them and the highest tribute is not to utter principles; but to revive them. Hence, to revive and pay tribute to our Father of Nation- Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and Former Prime Minister Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri on their birth anniversary, the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus organized a virtual event ???? ????? ??????? ???? on 2nd October 2020 through an online platform. The inception of an event took place with remembrance of Gandhiji and Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri through their few quotes and popular sayings by the anchors Mr. Prashant Kumar and Ms. Khushboo Bhardwaj (students of 3rd year). The event was graced by the presence of faculty members where each and every one shared their words of wisdom on our national leaders and invoked us to live by their principles in order to pay an actual tribute along with the students from other departments as well, who paid their tribute in the form of an elegant poem, divine act and melodious singing which beautified our event in multiple folds. With each performance; we praised our national leaders and took a pledge to keep them alive in our heart. All inclusive, it was an enthralling and exquisite event for every spectator, concluded with a vote of thanks and appreciation by the anchors with famous and beautiful saying of Gandhiji - ?Live as if you were to die tomorrow; Learn as if you were to live forever?. Learning Outcome- Students praised national leaders, their deeds, the roles they played in our struggle for freedom and learned the actual meaning of tribute.
