Finance Club of IMS, Ghaziabad (UC Campus) organized an event Business Tycoons on 6th November 2015. In this event, students from all three years of BBA presented creative ideas, presenting it with facts and figures, and explaining the financial feasibility of the project. Out of 12 teams, 6 teams qualified for the final round after rigorous screening.
The students presented their business ideas by keeping in mind the various intricacies of finance for starting a new business. They were judged by an eminent Jury comprising of Mr. Amit Arora, ICWAI, Asst Prof, KIET presided as the external judge and Dr.Umesh Sharma, Dr. Geeti Sharma. They judged the participants on basis of various questions and fine aspects of viability of their plan.
First prize won by Shantam Tyagi & team, Second prize by Shivangi Pundhir & team and third prize by Bhavya Tyagi & team. Consolation prize was also won by Vartika Goel & team. Dr. B.P Pethiya (Director, IMSUC) wished all the participants for their enthusiastic participation and motivated them for taking part in this activity. He also wished all the students for their bright future.
