She started by appreciating everyone's thoughtfulness regarding the topic and said that she feels proud that India is on a stage where starting your own venture, setting up your own startup is very much appreciated. She further said that we do glorify both the successful and unsuccessful journey of startups in India which do help as a motivation factor for young entrepreneurs. She told that during the pandemic, the MSME sector saw huge growth in comparison to any other sector and has a very huge potential to grow and to help the nation develop if given the right mentorship. She ended her timeline by giving a very effective thought that One should continually learn to remain competitive, because the competition is increasing day by day, especially in the tech startup sector.

Next, Dr Anju Saxena was invited to share her views on the topic. She explained the large contribution of MSME to GDP. She appreciated the government's step of Atmanirbhar Bharat and told about the 9 policies that G.O.I has launched for women that provides funding starting from ?50,000/- to ?20,00,00,000/-. She ended her conversation by suggesting everyone not to be a job seeker, but a job giver. Further, Dr Ramesh Unnikrishnan was handed over the mic to share her thought regarding the same. He started by elaborating MSME as the true backbone of the Indian Economy. He further stated that as 1000+ institutions all over India are helping in enhancing management education similarly they should also help MSME's like a mentor and should help them grow and sustain in the real world. He also gave insight on the technology and how technologies are being upgraded every 11th minute. Further, he ended his speech by suggesting that role of education should always be particular regarding one's growth.

At last Dr Jitendra Kumar Mishra was invited to share his views. He started by suggesting Education System be the strength of people, rather than being the same old system. He told that we are entering into Industry 4.0 which will be a knowledge-based economy. He further told that everyone can grow and build and that too limitlessly. He also agreed to the point that yes, academia and industry should work together and have a strong bond and then ended his speech.

Further, everyone was open to question and a question that HOW INSTITUTE LIKE IMS IS CONTRIBUTING IN MSME DEVELOPMENT?  was asked to Dr Sapna Rakesh. She replied that We, IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus has created a lot of emphases on identifying the students who have that spark in their eyes to build their venture and to help the nation grow, and we have a programme for them in our curriculum, Family Owned Business & Entrepreneurship. Besides this, we are also tied up with different incubators that do help them grow and are proud to say that we have about 30 sustainable startups from our college. We do organize programmes like Startup Conclave every year that helps others too, who are not from our college. Another question was asked by the audience, MSME IS FOR SMALL BUSINESS SO HOW FAR VIRTUAL EDUCATION CAN HELP?. Dr Ramesh Unnikrishnan answered that this can be sorted out if the Education System ties up with small industries and work as a catalyst for each other. The last question was asked that HOW FAR MSME HELPFUL IN ONE DISTRICT ONE PRODUCT?. Dr Jitendra Kumar Mishra and Dr Sapna Rakesh both answered the question together and gave the example of Basmati rice, Kanjivaram sarees, Lucknow chikankari and Kolhapuri chappals etc and said that branding a product from a locality will surely help them grow.

After this moderator, Manvendra Kumar gave the thanks giving speech and ended the event at 12.15 pm by thanking each speaker and every audience who attended the event.
