Faculty members are the driving force of any educational institution. They need constant development not only to perform their assigned duties to the best of their abilities but also to add value to their intellectual expertise.

In this regard a FDP on “Factor Analysis: A Tool for Research” has been organized at IMS, Ghaziabad (NAAC Accredited & Affiliated to CCSU) on January, 13, 2016 by an in-house expert Dr. Pooja Rastogi (Chairperson BBA), who has a rich experience in this area under Dr. Vibhuti Tripathi of MNNIT, Allahabad.

Questionnaire Design Techniques were discussed by Mr. Kumar Saurav, Assistant Professor, Management, IMS, Ghaziabad. This FDP session is spread over 4 interactive hands on training session covering aspects of Research Methodology – Problem definition, Research Design, Sampling, Questionnaire Design, Data collection and Analyzing data through factor. An enthusiastic faculty group has eagerly participated in the Faculty Development Program making it successful.
