IDEAS IN MOTION: Documentary & DEBATE Competition

Journalism and mass communication club organised a debate & IDEAS IN MOTION: Documentary competition on the topic “Should Pakistani actors be allowed in Indian Film industry?” & the themes like “Social issues’’, “Historical places” and “Public awareness”

Students from all departments participated wholeheartedly in the debate on this burning issue. Some students were in favour while some were against the motion of the topic. The first prize was bagged by Ashish Ranjan, BJMC III year, while the second and third prize was bagged by Ayshu Bharadwaj, BJMC III year and Nandini, BBA I year respectively.

While students tried their film making skills and discovered their inner actors, directors, editors, and cameraman. The newbie film makers brought their ideas into spotlight and created awareness among the people about topics like rape, child labour and even brought Awagarh Fort into lime light.

These competitions not only showed the two aspects of the issue but also opened the minds of students to think out of the box.
