REPORT OF TRAIL BLAZER-WORKSHOP ON DESIGN THINKING

Summary of the Event:

IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organised a TRAIL BLAZER-Training with the Trainees .Under the initiative of interactive classroom sessions MIB I Year HR students of Management department designed a training module for HR Specialisation students ,BBA IV Semester 2019-22 batch on June 28,2021.The trainers for the session were MIB students Ms.AKANKSHA DEEP, Ms.ANUSHKA GOEL, Ms.KHYATI BHARDWAJ & Ms. RINI AGARWAL who delivered the session on Design Thinking for HR professionals under the guidance of Prof.Yagbala Kapil.This new approach is in large part a response to the increasing complexity of modern technology and modern business.The objective of this session is to provide postgraduate and undergraduate a platform where students can come together and share their experiences and knowledge that enhances their training skills to develop as a better corporate trainer.The session started with a warm welcome of participants and sharing the thoughts on Design Thinking.The trainers discussed various real life examples from the corporate(NIKE, ORAL B, APPLE) in the form of case study to enhance the learners knowledge on the topic. Students and faculty members enjoyed a lot during the session. At the end of the session, trainers suggested suitable readings for better learning of the students.

.The session ended with great zeal and enthusiasm amongst the students and on a gratitude note by Prof.Abhinav Kataria to HR Team.

Learning outcomes:

It was a great learning experience for students on how to impart quality training. It also boost the confidence and morale of the students that helps them in their further presentations and trainings.
