"Leaders are not born but are made by their experiences in life"
To inculcate the leadership qualities and promote innovation and entrepreneurial qualities in the students as well as to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body, IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus)?s E-cell and Alumni cell plays a massive role. The members of the functioning body of both the units are elected after scrutinous interviewing and selection for various designated positions.
IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus organized the "Felicitation Ceremony" on August 17, 2021 (Tuesday) for E-Cell and Alumni Cell members. It was indeed a proud moment for both the cells to award and acknowledge the efforts and dedication put in by the members leading to successful events at the institute during the academic year 2020-2021.
The event consisted of address by the Director, Dr. Ajay Kumar, Dr. Indrani Bhatacharjee (Faculty Coordinator, E-Cell), Ms. Komal Kapoor (Faculty Coordinator, E-Cell) and Shilpi Sarna (Chairperson, Alumni Relations). Faculty members of various programs (BBA, BCA, BJMC, Bio-Sciences and MIB) graced the occasion and inspired the students with their presence.
Dr. Ajay Kumar, Director, IMSUC encouraged the student members of functioning body of both the bodies and accoladed them for their dutiful performance and the sense of responsibleness showcased. In his address, appreciated the efforts of the students followed by felicitating the members with a token of gratitude for their magnificent efforts.
Dr. Indrani Bhattacharjee attributed the success to the hard work of the team members, and the unabated support and guidance provided by the Management Team of IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus.
Dr. Shilpi Sarna urged students to uphold the honour of the institution and discharge their duties with utmost integrity. She reiterated the importance of hard work, patience and the development of leadership qualities.
The outgoing General Secretary, E-Cell, Ms. Shivangi Singh shared her experiences and gratitude to the teachers and the e-cell team.
Hoping to continue with many more successful events and another dynamic academic year 2021-22, the program concluded with vote of thanks by Ms. Komal Kapoor (Faculty Coordinator, E-Cell) and followed by group photographs.
