 Virtual visit at Mother Dairy

 IMS Ghaziabad University courses campus organized Industrial visit to MOTHER DAIRY for MIB students. The session started with a warm introduction by our faculty members, Prof. Abhinav Kataria and Prof. Abhishek Jain who introduce students with the Technical Manager of Mother Dairy Mrs. Reenu Singh.

Then the session moved further by Mr. Reenu Singh, Technical Manager who further talked about Mother dairy and its existence in Patparganj, New Delhi from where Mother Dairy distributes milk all over the Delhi market. He mentioned about the Brand family of mother dairy like DHARA, SAFAL, Dailycious and also the stablishing year, which is 1974 and it comes under the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). Later on, he showed a video on Mother Dairy production processes consisting of filling and packaging process, quality control, distribution channel. Through this, the students were able to understand the management concepts and bridge the gap between theoretical and practical aspects of an industry.

 

 

Moving on further he briefly discuss about Token Milk (Variants of Mother Dairy) which is extremely nutritious and homogenised with 3% fat and 8.5% SNF and helps in reducing the plastic footprint.

The session concluded with various question and answer which was very engrossing, followed by vote of thanks by Shubham Singhal and Reetika Joshi. Lattermost the E-momento was presented by Prof. Abhinav Kataria to the resource person.
