The chief guest for the day was Dr. Bharti Taneja (founder & director, Alp?s beauty group) accompanied by, Guest of honor Ms. Rania lampau (Global educator, STEM instructor, Greek Ministry of Education & regional affairs), Special Guest Mr. Alok Garg (Vice President kareXpert Technology Pvt. Ltd), Mr. Souvik Chakravorty, Chief of Strategy Cyril Amarchand (LAW Firm), Mr. Nitish Jha (Angel Investor and Start-up Consultant) and Mr. Preetam Kumar (Associate Director Analytics, in WNS Group)

The session was started by Saraswati Vandana and paying homage to Lord Saraswati by our honorable guest, The Opening was Addressed by Dr. Ajay Kumar (Director IMSUC Ghaziabad) he started with talking about the current status of the market and compared it with the past market as to how it has been changed due to COVID-19 the way one is living today, the world is new and so our thoughts. The pandemic has resulted in a massive change of preference is compelling every industry to develop new products.

The moderator introduced our Chief guest Bharti Taneja: She discussed how technologies have come so far that we don't have to invest much in the marketing department to position our brand in the market, we can do so by minimum investment through the help of social media platforms, various influencers and so on.

She also came up with this point that how the customers are also now more concerned towards our environment and want to convert into eco-friendly products.

Then after our Guest Mr. Alok Garg, He discussed how the health care sector has also been developed post-pandemic and how technology & innovation has played the most crucial role in the businesses and start-ups which has brought down the hospitals and doctors on a small device i.e., our mobile phones.

He also emphasized the other sectors like the hospitality industry as to how they evolved post-pandemic and focused more on understanding the consumer behavior and delivering quality products to them.

Mr. Souvik Chakravorty His approach was different as he focused on connecting with people through their business and not just to make a profit. His point was to make businesses think selfless and work for society and work together with the competitors. He put up the point of how the businesses like burger king, mc Donald empathized with each other.

Then, at that point, the moderator moves towards our next Speaker Ms. Rania Lampau who discusses how we can incorporate neuroscience and innovation to have astonishing significant outcomes additionally we take advantage of advanced media for training, information assortment, promoting, and so on. 

The moderator introduced Mr. Nitin Garg, young entrepreneur Angel Investor, he talked about the digital transformation in the previous years as to how far we have come due to covid 19 and how it impacted the business operations. He talked about start-ups like boat, mama earth, their USPs, and advancement in technology that we faced in the last two years and emphasized having a consumer perspective in business operation.

Thereafter, our Panelist Mr. Pritam offers guidance, if going for start-up, ensure that technology, innovation should be your spine in today?s business period as it permits you to be more redone and assists you with following client driven methodology by understanding customer behavior.
