in Association with Popcorn Flicks Presented #BNHAF 3rd Edition presentation of Award of Excellence Bol-News Hybrid Award Festival and a Master Class on May 13th 2022 by Mr. Pratham Khurana young film maker.
Mr Khurana’s film Nauha got official selection in Cannes Film Festival 2022 under La Cinef category.
The event started with the welcoming of the guest Mr. Amit. R. Agarwal by Dr. Ajay Kumar (Director) of the institute and welcoming of the Director of the Institute by Dr. Anil Kumar Nigam (HOD,SJMC).The welcome address delivered by Dr. Ajay Kumar (Director) of the institute.
The interaction started with Mr. Aggarwal who interacted with the students in the campus and Mr. Khurana interacted with the students on virtual mode from Mumbai. Mr. Khurana started his master class by sharing the basics of film production, importance of each and every stage of the same including selection of the content etc. to the students and also shared his life experience which was very encouraging. He also told the students about the technicalities and the precautions to be taken during film production.
Furthermore, he encouraged the students to get into quality production also guided the students by answering their queries on production of the short films and Documentaries etc. he made the students aware about the cinematic world. After engaging addresses by both Mr. Amit and Mr. Pratham it was time for question and answer session in which all queries were very well answered by the guests.
The program came to an end by the presentation of the BNHAF 3rd Edition an Award of Excellence a Bol-News Hybrid Award and vote of thanks by Prof. Sandhya Sharma.
Learning Experience: The event was very well organized and gave a thorough knowledge about the cinematic world to the audience and turned out to be a great learning experience for all. The students got motivated to venture into the film world and the event was a grand success.
