DEPARTMENTAL FRESHERS
REPORT OF THE EVENT

Summary of the Event
The School of Management, IMSUC, organized the Departmental Freshers, “Hola Juniors 2k22” for the students of the BBA Department (batch of 2022-25), on October 11th, 12th, and  14th, in the auditorium, at 1:30 pm.
The event was organized to familiarize the newly inducted BBA batch with their seniors from 2nd year and to better welcome them in the new college environment. To achieve this objective the students were asked to register for the event and showcase their talents on stage. As per the protocol 2nd year students of sections A, B, C, D, E, F & G welcomed the 1st year students of these sections on the dates assigned to them. The following activities took place at the event:

Round 1. Ramp walk followed by introduction
Round 2. Talent Hunt
Based on the performances, the judges screened them for the following titles:

1. Mr. BBA & Ms. BBA
2. Mr. Dude & Ms. Diva
3. Mr. Evening & Ms. Evening
4. Mr. Talent & Ms. Talent

The results of these awards will be announced on the 5th of November when the Mega Freshers will be held.
Both student and faculty coordinators were present on the scene to ensure the smooth functioning of the event.
The outcome of the Event
The objective of the event was twofold:

1. 1. 1. 1. To help the freshers familiarize themselves with their seniors.
         2. To identify fresh talent at IMSUC.

This was successfully achieved during the three days of “Hola Juniors 2k22.”
