Report of The Hawk Eyes: Chase the Treasure on 19 May 2022

Srijan – The HR Club at IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) celebrated "International HR Day" with the students, faculty members and staff on May 19^th and May 20, 2022.

Day 1 of the event included the activity named ‘The Hawk Eyes: Chase the Treasure’. The event started with motivational words from the Director sir, Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Kumar. He wished all the students & faculties ‘Happy International HR Day’ and also the club members and participants for the initiative. The club received 21 team participation from which 11 teams were shortlisted based on screening a day before. Every team consisted of 4 members. The activity consisted of three rounds:

1st round- Quiz

2^nd round- Three-legged race

3^rd round- Treasure Hunt

1st round i.e quiz included general & fun questions. The motive for this round was to judge their knowledge & thinking ability. 7 teams out of 11 were shortlisted for the 2^nd round. The second round was a three-legged race reflecting team building i.e team leader has to send a perfect pair out of 4 for the race. From this race, the top 3 teams were shortlisted for a treasure hunt. In the last round which was a treasure hunt, each team had to search for 4 clues at successive destinations. Every team was given different clues but the final clue was same for every team leading to the Treasure box.

The winning team who found the treasure box: Abhinav Ranjan Mishra, Deepika Kansal, Raj Prakash, and Keshav Aggarwal.

Till the time the teams went for hunting, the student audience answered questions & riddles at the atrium and got chocolates for answering correctly. The audience as well as participants enjoyed the event.
