IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus ) Research cell Organized Staff Development Program on 28th January 2023 . The Resource Person for the Programme was CFA. Abhinav Kataria. The speaker for the event has introduced the idea and importance of Financial Literacy in the modern world. Further he discussed about saving that every earner should do saving and consistent to that saving and earner should invest saving in 2 ways:

He also told us that never invest only in one place and earner should make the basket of Investment so that risk is distributed. The session was attended by people from various departments like accounts, library, admission, lab, administration and registrar office. With an aim to help the staff members know about the various financial products, more such staff development programmes would be held in the future also.
