As an integral part of academic system, sports are generally recognised as system of activities, which serves to ensure fair competition with great zeal and full of enthusiasm. Keeping up the same tradition, IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organised its annual sports fest SPARDHA 2017 on 2nd March 2017.

The Institute promotes excellence in learning and holistic development of students, which is not possible without sports. This year SPARDHA 2017, witnessed the huge participation of students from all programs in various games like, Basket ball, Tug of War, Athletics (100 M, 200 M, 400 M, 800 M, 400 M Relay and High Jump).

The institute has lush green ground and state of art infrastructure for all kinds of indoor and outdoor activities, which was further strengthened by adding a new Basket ball court that was inaugurated by the guests of the day. The synthetic court is of international standard which would witness enthusiastic participation from students.

The sports fest was inaugurated by the panel of guests, Mr Kamal Sekhri (MD, Chairman Hint Media Group), Mr Samant Sekhri (Owner Hint Media Group), Mr Nitin Bhardwaj (Producer and Flim maker at Nitin Bhardwaj films and techart) along with his wife Mrs. Iti Bhardwaj, Mr Rakesh Charia( General Secatory Ims Group of Institution), Dr Sapna Rakesh ( Director- IMSUC) and Dr Pooja Rastogi (Dean- IMSUC) Grace the event.
