Sometimes you Win, Sometimes you learn with this positive note the students of IMS Ghaziabad University Course Campus celebrated PULSE 2017 on March 3rd-4th, 2017. The whole campus could feel the vibrance of the event as the stage was set, tone of decoration was festive and students were dressed up in different ethnic attires.
The fest was sponsored by AMD and Net Edge Technologies and was Co-Sponsored by NTPC, The Raymond Shop, Nestle, Oriflame and Revitaal Mantrra. The food partners of the event were Sagar Ratna, Yours Pizza and Rolling Ice. As the event started on Day one the participants from all reputed colleges of Delhi/NCR like Shyam Lal, Kirori Mal, Amity University, Monad University, Shiv Nadar University, IMS Lal Kuan, IMSEC, AKG, ABES and many more started pouring in huge numbers.
Inside the Auditorium the stage was all set with the mood of celebration and the expected guests of the day had already arrived. The distinguished panel of guests consisted of:

2. Mr. Wishwas Julka (VP, Global TATA Group Sales-Tata Technologies) and also a Member of Academic Advisory Board at IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus)

The event started with Lighting of the Lamp and prayers to Goddess Saraswati after which the students of IMS Ghaziabad enthralled everybody with their high energy and mind blowing dance performance. The special children (deaf and dumb) from SAI Foundation also performed on a Punjabi Dance Number and touched everybodys heart with the fact that LIFE is all about moving forward against all odds. Their dance moves were synchronized with their zeal to live Life to the best. They got a standing ovation from the guests and everyone present.
Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus set the right platform for the beginning of PULSE by emphasizing on the importance of cultural fests in the student life. The Chief Guest of the day Mr. Narendra Dahiya not only encouraged students with his motivating words but also gave an overview of the growth of IT industry in India. Guest of Honour Mr. Wishwas Julka, not only surprised everybody with his melodious voice but also felicitated IMS students and students of SAI Foundation with cash awards. The inaugural ceremony ended with a Vote of Thanks to all participants and sponsors of PULSE 2017.
The two day event saw exuberant students participate in a myriad of competition which consist of Solo Singing, Duet Singing, Group Dance, Solo Dance,IT Gaming, Rangoli, Extempore, Collage Making, Quiz, Antakshri, Fashion Show, Skit and Capture the Event.
The second day evening of the event was the one which everybody was waiting for. Parampara Thakur, Female Winner of Voice India Season One mesmerized everybody with her melodious voice and stole everybodys heart. The fest was a grand success with huge participation for various events in the areas of Management, Cultural and IT. The purpose of organizing the fest is to provide a platform to students to show their creative and innovative talents.
