The fourth day of MIB Orientation Program 2017-'Upakrama' at IMS Ghaziabad-University Courses Campus, focused on knowing the personality traits and its relevance. The session was based on important profiling tools to know personal attributes, values and life skills of the students. All the participants developed a great deal of interest, while discovering their behavior patterns, learning styles, personality types and professional writing skills. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna and Dr. Deepa Goel assisted the students to develop broader understanding of personal attributes, in order to reduce conflicts and improve upon decision making skills. The profiling also helped the students to know one's own set of strengths and the areas of improvement. This psychometric analysis acted an eye opener session, which in turn triggered the students to start working on the areas requiring immediate attention. The results of the assessments ignited the lamp of curiosity and competitiveness.
