WORKSHOP ON KEY TO SUCCESS Journalism & Mass Communication Department at IMS GHAZIABAD UNIVERSITY COURSES CAMPUS organized a Motivational Talk Show by Dr. Surya Narayan Bahadur on 18 th April 2019. Dr. Surya Narayan Bahadur is one of the most inspiring motivational speakers and Corporate trainers in India. He is the director of Confluence Training and Development Organization. Students carried their name cards and a KEY TO SUCCESS badge, which were distributed by Dr. Surya?s team before the session. Dr. Surya influenced and motivated all the students with his great formulas, techniques and mini-games. He practically explained them all for the visible bright future ahead. He organized various games in the atrium for increasing presence of mind and mental stability. Throughout the session he maintained the vibe with his humor and energy. The main highlight of the seminar was that Mr. Surya made all the students sing a song named- "Que Sara Sara". After that an activity was organized to determine the locus of control of each and every student present there. He suggested many books and novels to read which will help us in inspiring and generating positive energy. In the evening various heart- warming and inspiring slides of thoughts and quotations were shown to the students which left them all mesmerized. A student handbook and a smiley with different thoughts were given to all the students before leaving. The event ended with a mind-blowing speech given by Mr. Surya with a thought of positivity, strong potential on self-education and self-love.
