Session -1
Second day of the Orientation Program was initiated with the introduction of faculty, staff and Administration department. The departmental heads introduced their department and faculty of respective departments with their brief introduction, comprising of their experience specializations and their portfolio. Every faculty put their best foot before the potential students and leaves no stone unturned in proving that the students are in the safest hands.CDC and CRC department lifted the confidence of students in them with their motivational speech and statistics. The session ended with the briefing of Director IMSUC Dr. Sapna Rakesh towards "Expectations from MIB Students".

Session -2
'Right Here, Right Now'-Ice Breaking Session
The activities were planned with an objective to build familiarity among the participants, while enabling them to explore their skills and multifaceted qualities. All the tasks were executed to build an ambience of familiarity by getting participants on their feet and encouraging them to know each other effectively. The warm up conversations allowed students to see with whom they share things in common. The activities reduced anxiety of students, and energized them for great learning ahead. The students also learnt about the benefit of working together while feeling accountable at the same time. All the aspiring managers understood the outcome of the session and also related it to managerial efficiency. Ayush, Jerin and Prachi emerged as the leaders of the activities conducted. They were felicitated with management books of renowned authors. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna, Chairperson- Career Development Centre along with her dynamic team members- Dr. Deepa Goel, Ms. Raunak Bhardwaj and Ms. Akanksha Tyagi conducted the session. The students extended a note of gratitude to the institution for sowing the seeds of self confidence.
