IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organized Industry visit to Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd Sonipat for BBA Batch (2017-20) on August 13, 2018. The objective of this visit is to provide practical exposure to students about the industry and to enhance the academia-industry interface. The visit to the plant was started with the brief description about the company and its global presence. During the visit, students enjoyed Yakult drinks and chocolates. After that, they were taken to the manufacturing unit starting from seeds room to culture mixing followed by quality control to the moulding unit and finally to packaging. Students were interacted with the staff to get the insights of the manufacturing process. This kind of industry visit definitely provides good opportunities for students to learn about the industrial practices.
