Interaction with seniors plays a very significant role in establishing cordial relationship with them and helps the juniors learn about the things experienced by their elder ones. Juniors and their seniors often share a unique bond during the college days. Seniors often play the multi-faceted role of a friend and a guide. To cultivate senior -junior bond among new entrants BJMC department organized "MILAN-A Senior Junior Interaction Session" on 06 September, 2018. The program was inaugurated by Mr.Shrikant Asthana Chairperson Journalism and Mass Communication and all faculty members of BJMC.

BJMC II yr students enthusiastically organized a wonderful program for their juniors. The first session of the program was anchored by Ms. Rashmi Thakur and Ms.Sonam Gupta, where they invited the first year students for the Rampwalk, Introduction and Talent round. The enthusiasm of 1st year students was worth watching. With this some of the 2nd year students entertained everyone with their dance performances. After the cherry on the cake performances of 2nd year, the second session of the event was anchored by Ms. Marhaba Akhtar and Ms. Prarthana. Students of BJMC II Year shared their experiences at IMS with their juniors. Students from BJMC I Year shared their thoughts about how she feels to be a part of IMS family and her experience till date. BJMC I year students showcased their talents through various activities like Dancing, Singing and Enacting in Role plays.

Together we can Grow, Care, Achieve, Prosper and Succeed. Event was well organized by BJMC II year students under the guidance of Ms. Sandhya Sharma.
