Management Department of IMS UC Campus organized an Industrial Visit to Natural Aroma Pvt Ltd on 23th February 2019, Saturday for the students of Masters of International Business Professor Kapil Mohan Garg accompanied the Human Resource Management Specialization students.

The visit started at 10:00 AM from the campus. On reaching the oil manufacturing plant at 10:15 AM, the students and the faculty member had to go through a security process at the manufacturing unit. The students and faculty member were welcomed by Miss Sakshi Gupta,C.A. and Mr. Deepak supervisor of Natural Aroma Pvt Ltd. Introductory session was arranged through power point presentation to describe the complete process of hiring the workers and employees for their organization and tell us about the offer letter and salary letter and how they are give the salary for their workers and employees after wards we all are see the research and development lab of their unit. The complete range of products were shown for various ratings related to customers demand. Queries raised by students and faculty members were discussed in the presentation session. Various safety factors related to manufacturing unit were discussed.

The visit started with various sections of Research and development and manufacturing such as testing core assembly, packing, and dispatch. Various assemblies such as horizontal and vertical were shown and discussed. The different product testing includes routine tests such as rating, optical rotation, refractive index, gravity, Thymol content, boiling point, solubility, and standard based on customer needs. And we also learn that how accounts department work and how the deal with GST. They also Import and Export their different countries

The technology used in testing for acquiring parameters is system. CCTVs are installed at various locations which is monitored from the control room itself. The visit ended with a vote of thanks from faculty memberand students to OilManufacturing unit.
