MIB 2018-20 Batch organized a class activity "LOKTANTRA" to get clarity about the political environment in India as part of curriculum of Business Environment. To achieve the objective the batch was divided in three political outfits (most popular choices for ease of understanding) and they made a presentation about evolution and thought process of the political outfit they have chosen.The presentation was followed by an Open House Session (Question & Answer) for discussion and debate on pertinent business environment issues.

The students groups discussed and presented political ideologies of:
1. Bhartiya Janta Party
2. Indian National Congress
3. Others regional parties like TMC, RJD, AAP, BSP and SP

This activity was very informative for the students as they participated and shared the political ideology and economic development steps taken by these parties when they were either Power Centers or close to power centers, relationship of Business and Politics and our expectations with the political outfit we support for supportive Business Environment. The panel of judges included Dr Kalyan Kumar, Prof Subhro Sen Gupta and Prof Abhinav Kataria and the question answer session was moderated by Dr Nidhi Srivastava. The event was managed and anchored by Wali Ur Rahman and vote of thanks was proposed by Vibhu Agarwal.Overall it was very informative and leaning session.
