Income Tax Return (ITR) is essential for making any investment and goes to prove that you have a valid source of income to make such investment. In order to give hands-on experience about "How to file ITR?" the Management Department of IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus conducted a workshop for MIB (2018-20) batch. The workshop has started with the introduction of CA Ayushi Gupta and the felicitation with the sapling.

Thereafter, she has explained about some basics of Income Tax Act like deductions (under 80C-80U), exemptions, TDS, and changes in the budget, which affect the tax liability of individual. Then, she taught about the FORM 26AS and filing of return online on 'Income Tax Portal'.

This workshop is to give practical knowledge about How to Fill ITR online so that we can file ITR in the future. In the end, we have a Q&A session in which the students have asked the various questions related to provisions of Income Tax. The workshop has ended with the Vote of Thanks given by Ms. Neha Gupta.
