Summary of the Event: Department of Journalism & Mass Communication organized a department mentoring by Prof. (Dr.) Devesh Kishore on 11th July 2019 for all BJMC faculty members. Former Director Electronic Media Production Centre, IGNOU, New Delhi; Prof. IIMC, New Delhi; Dean IMS Noida, Advisor & Director, International Centre of Excellence in Journalism & Communication IAAN House, New Delhi, Member, Evaluation Committee, Electronic Media Monitoring Center, I&B Ministry, Govt. of India, Advisor, Diploma in Health Communication, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. conducted the session and explained all the details on research methodology, how to write research paper, how to avoid plagiarism, etc. He explained the importance of research and how it can positively affect our academic association with field. The session was hugely interactive as the faculty members posed a lot of questions. Learning Outcome: Professor Kishore has explained the key-points regarding research Methodology. At the end of the session, he shared his experience with the faculty members. All in all, it was a great learning experience for all.
