Let's break the ice!

Career Development Centre (CDC) at IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized 'Lets break the Ice!' during MIB Orientation Week 2019-'Upakrama' on 1 August 2019. The activities were planned with an objective to build familiarity among the participants, while enabling them to explore their skills and multifaceted qualities. All the tasks were executed to build an ambience of familiarity by getting participants on their feet and encouraging them to know each other effectively. Students introduced themselves by using a guess game and energized the entire ambience with fun and laughter. Various games were also played wherein students performed in teams and developed a sense of belongingness while feeling accountable at the same time. All the aspiring managers and leaders understood the outcome of the session and also related it to managerial efficiency. Ms. Priyanka Sadhna, Chairperson- Career Development Centre along with her dynamic team members- Ms. Sapna Kumar, Ms. Raunak Bhardwaj and Ms. Anuradha Bhardwaj conducted the session. Career Pathway Club members namely- Yashika Berry, Shivangi Singh, Rajat Kumar and Prakshal and EWL members- Tanvi Kaushik and Abhivishrut Vishnoi assisted all the students throughout. The students thoroughly enjoyed the session and felt the need of knowing each other even more for better results.
