The day 05th August 2019, in IMS started with the much awaited workshop initiated by Dr Atul Sharma. He is a distinguished Management trainer and management consultant, whose area of expertise is team building, creative writing and Management games.

He has started his workshop by distributing the written mantra to five volunteered students who eventually set their futuristic goals. Followed by this the remaining students were asked to join their company in accordance with their likings. In this way five teams were formed. The teams were related to E-Commerce, Gaming, Marketing, Analytics and EXIM. Thus the first mantra worked that is "Birds of same feather flocks together". The team was given a 15 minutes break to form their "Mission and Vision". To the much delightness of Dr Sharma every team performed stupendous in showing their crystal clear view of their company. Dr Sharma advised students to "live their Mission", "to execute their Vision" to the fullest extent.

The ultimate objective of the workshop came up in the last 30 minutes of the session when it was asked to all the companies to combine their resources to form a single company and understand the basic understanding that all of us are interdependent to each other. No one can survive in isolation thinking itself to be superior. It is the responsibility of the stronger to understand that he is the most dependent.
