One to one session with Mr. Brijesh Agarwal- Co Founder IndiaMart

Young Indians organized a one to one session with Mr. Brijesh Agarwal, Co-founder of Indiamart on 10th august 2019 at Noida. The session was attended by members of Young Indian, students of MIB batch 2019-21, from IMS (University Courses Campus) and entrepreneurs.

The session was started with introduction of various entities present over there and what were their expectations from that session. Mr. Brijesh shared his journey towards success and stated how he came up with an idea to indulge in the business of internet and e-commerce. His first earning was of Rs.6000. He shared some essentials for doing business which he believes to his learnings also. Those are maintenance of the cash flow, differentiate between frugal and foolish, business can be built and grown only if you have best quality of personnel having passion to work.

He shared that he does not believe in doing business on credit and he also believes that growth of business is possible when you deal with right business person, although it is difficult but possible. He concluded his session with an advice to maintain data for each and every transactions happening in the organizations to make their decisions more effective and realistic. Having data stored in structured form is valuable for the business to retain its customers and to capture more. He stated this to be the main reason for companies not growing beyond 5-10 crores turnover.
