As we keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things because we're curious & curiosity keeps leading us down to new paths. So, HR department organises the Workshop on Self Actualization. It was a new opportunity, another chance which the students of IMS family embraced it. The objective of this was to make students aware about their Hidden potential, Self elument to provide a rich array of opportunities for to learn, to grow, to discover who they are, and how to make a difference in the world.

Self Actualization is a realization or fulfilment of one's talents and potentialities, especially considered as a drive or need present in everyone. The term was originally introduced organismic theorists Kurt Goldstein for the motive to realize one's potential and quoted tendency to actualize itself as fully as possible is the basic drive.
