IMS UC Campus celebrated National Sports Day on 29 August, on the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand . This day marks the birthday of Major Dhyan Chand Singh, the hockey player who won gold medals in Olympics for India in the years 1928, 1932 and 1936.As a token of gratitude sports day was organized in top most spirit. The event was inaugurated by the Director of institute Dr.Sapna Rakesh. In the same following events were played Spoon race, Sack race, Relay race, throw ball. The event ended with prize distribution ceremony. In the ceremony directors of the institution motivated all students about role of sports in the life of students.
