Career Development Centre at IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized a 'Buddy Mentorship' session for the students of Public Speaking & Spoken English Module on 29 August 2019. Namann Gupta, Member of Career Pathway Club pursuing BBA final year, mentored the students on the fundamentals of 'Body Language' with respect to oratory skills. He also expounded the concepts of open and closed body posture including gestures, eye contact, image management and interactive behavior. The pedagogy included PPT, discussions, videos and graphics. Students got better understanding of the abstraction through this peer guidance. Namann Gupta extended a note of gratitude to Ms. Anuradha Bhardwaj for guiding him throughout for session facilitation. He mentioned- "This was a win-win situation where the students learned and also I also learned my scope of improvement."
