India Today Mind Rocks Youth Summit 2019 Students of the Department of Journalism & Mass Communication at IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) attended India Today Mind Rocks Youth Summit on 28th September 2019 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Delhi. Different sessions on social welfare, social activities were organized for youth. The Grand Youth Submit was initially addressed by India Today Group's Editorial Director (Publishing) Raj Chengappa who interacted with the audience asking them to dream big and emphasized on the climate change issues. The next session started on political knowledge where the topic of article 370 was discussed, where eminent personalities like Nusrat Jahan, Tejaswi Surya, JothimaniS, Imtiaz Jaleel were present. YuzvendraChahal, had a deep discussion about cricket and world cups for all the cricket lovers. Further, the following session was taken by self-made billionaires- Sandeep Aggarwal, Founder- Droom, ShopClues and Rhea Singhal, Founder and CEO of Ecoware. Social activist Ria Sharma, who runs an organization supporting acid attack victims, shared how she motivated a victim to reach New York Fashion Week. Many Indian supermodels who were present at the summit motivated students who are aspiring to become models. To encourage youth towards climate change, session with Jal Shakti Minister, GajendraShekhawat was organized for the students. The crowd went crazy when Sushant Singh Rajput, KangnaRanaut, Shraddha Kapoor, Ananya Birla and HimeshReshamiya arrived. Choreographers such as Suresh Mukund and Melvin Louis were also present. The mind rock 2019 youth submit was wrapped up on a great note. Learning Outcome: The students witnessed the largest Youth Summit and witnessed gathering from the Media world.
