Student Social Responsibilty Club at IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organized a session with Robin Hood Army to develop sensible, responsible and seasoned top professionals on 30th September 2019. The event witnessed the presence of eminent guests, Shri. Vidhur Chharia, Active Executive Member of IMS Group of Institution, Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Honorable Director, IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus and members from Robin Hood Army. The Director welcomed the Guest for the event, Ms. Yakshika with a plant sapling, as a token of gratitude.

The Robin Hood Army is a volunteer-based, zero-funds organization that works to serve less fortunate people. The Robin Hood Academy empowers street children with basic primary education.The purpose of the Academy is to become a bridge between the street and schools, by giving children the tools and knowledge to go to school.

Modelled on the Re-Food program in Portugal, the Robin Hood Army started on the streets of Delhi, on August 2014 and now they are present in 103 cities across 12 countries. The session motivated the students to volunteer for a noble cause and encouraged them to take the pledge against wastage of food.
