Creating and entrepreneurial mindset has always been the focus of the ECell, IMSUC. Our initiative of providing a step by step guidance to student entrepreneurs through Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme saw overwhelming response and was applauded by all participants who came from diverse background. Day 1 of the EAP had resource persons like Mr Rakesh KumarGuran, Founder, ABC of Start-up,CA Akansha Arora, Legal Consultant, Dr Geeti Sharma, Dr Indrani Bhattacharjee and Dr Nidhi Srivastava who moderated the discussion around various issues spread over the theme of two sessions: Day 1_Session 1: How to convert your Idea into a business? Day 1_Session 2: When and How to Register your business? Day 2 of the Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme had resource persons like Sri Niraj Chadha, Branch Head, Andhra Bank along with Dr Geeti Sharma, Dr Indrani Bhattacharjee and Dr Nidhi Srivastava who moderated the discussion around various issues related to the theme of the day that was How to Raise funds for your Business? The interactive session discussedBusiness financing needs and Banking Policies, Criteria for Bank loans under various schemes and Government Support for Bank financing for Startups. Day 3 of the Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmeconducted an Outbound Training Programme. This was a joint effort of Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, NIFTEM, Sonipat and the E Cell, IMS Ghaziabad UC Campus. The participants were given a conducted tour of the Incubation facilities at NIFTEM and were addressed by the experts on How to get Technical support for your business especially in Food processing sector. Dr Vimal Pant, Dr Indrani Bhattacharjee and Dr Nidhi Srivastava facilitated the visit and moderated the interactive session to help the participants. Learning Outcome: ?
